Two students, one stubborn idea
That understanding AI shouldn't depend on having the right degree, the right job, or the money for a course.
It started as a conversation between friends
Ctrl+Care began with two high school sophomores, Simone Todywala and Jhanvi Rapolou, noticing the same thing from different angles.
Simone kept thinking about how much AI was going to shape everyone's future, and how few people around her felt equipped to have an opinion about it. Jhanvi kept running into the assumption that you needed a computer science background before you were allowed to understand any of it.
Neither of those felt right. So they built the thing they wished already existed: an explanation that's warm, patient and free. No jargon left undefined. No assumption that you've seen this before. Just clear teaching that meets people where they actually are.
We're still high schoolers doing this between classes. That means we move slower than a company would, and it also means nobody is paying us to tell you something convenient.
It shouldn't matter whether you have a degree or a professional background in computer science. You still deserve to understand the tools that are shaping your life.

Every person, whatever their age, education or background, deserves to understand the systems now making decisions about their work, their money and their information. Ctrl+Care is our attempt to make that true, one plain-English explanation at a time.

Learn
Learning happens on your terms and at your pace. Complicated ideas become clear when somebody takes the time to explain them properly, so we take the time.
Care
We write with warmth and patience. You don't need to already be clever about this to be welcome here. You just need to be curious enough to start.
Include
AI literacy has to reach everyone or it isn't literacy. We build for every age and ability, and we treat accessibility as a requirement rather than a nice-to-have.

No paid tier is coming later. If we ever can't afford to run this, we'll say so rather than quietly put up a paywall.
